Custom Metal Hardware Manufacturing
Maribel Italia is an Italian company specialising in the production of custom metal components for the fashion, leather goods and accessories sectors. Founded in 2016 in Melegnano, in the province of Milan, we bring with us a family background in metal hardware manufacturing dating back to the 1970s.
What We Manufacture
We design and manufacture metal accessories and components in zamak, brass, aluminium and steel for fashion brands, leather goods, footwear, apparel and fashion jewellery. We work with companies of all sizes, from major fashion houses to small artisan workshops, developing every component to the client's drawing or sample, from concept through prototype to series production.
From 2020 onwards we expanded our expertise into new sectors: pet accessories, furniture and design, fashion jewellery, promotional items and decorative objects. This growth has allowed us to diversify our client base and apply our manufacturing capabilities to new markets.
How We Manufacture Metal Components
We manage rapid prototyping with 3D printing and the production of zamak and brass components in-house. Electroplating and painting are handled by a network of selected Italian suppliers, chosen for quality and reliability, ensuring clients have a single point of contact for the entire production chain.
